Burnham says his position on another Scottish independence vote will not change
Andy Burnham said he still opposes another Scottish independence referendum, while Stephen Flynn claimed the prime minister had not ruled one out during his time in office.
Andy Burnham spoke in North Lanarkshire. He said his view will not change.
He said governments should solve real problems. He named the cost of living. He also named chances for young people.
Stephen Flynn said the prime minister had not ruled out another vote.
Burnham did not answer this point directly. He said he had told John Swinney his view.
Flynn said Scotland wanted to work with the UK Government. He said Scotland should get more powers from Westminster.
